Marketing Manager
SuperCharger | Hong Kong

SuperCharger is Asia's leading FinTech Accelerator. We provide global entrepreneurs with the resources and support they need to expand in Asia, and partner with financial institutions to grow their businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, write and edit engaging marketing contents

  • Create marketing campaigns and evaluate their performance

  • Measure, monitor, and analyze marketing campaign performance. Compile monthly reports with recommendations and forecasts

  • Work with Graphic Designer on concept development for marketing campaigns

  • Establish relationships with partners and sponsors (international financial institutions, government agencies, universities, law firms, venture capital firms, investors and startup mentors) to devise cross-brand synergies and mutual promotion

  • Maintain and update our database of contacts

  • Develop online contents and SEO strategy to ensure SuperCharger website ranks highly for selected keywords


Social Media

  • Moderate marketing activities on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and the SuperCharger website

  • Monitor competitors’ activities on social media channels

  • Develop and implement strategy for viewer acquisition and retention across various social media platforms and the SuperCharger website


  • Manage SuperCharger’s community of subscribers and implement email campaigns

  • Create relevant contents to engage with subscribers

Events and Roadshows

  • Develop marketing materials for events and promotions (e.g. brochures, posters, direct mail and branded gifts)

  • Source and recruit global FinTech startups through desktop research

Media and Public Relation

  • Lead media outreach in Asia (with a focus in Hong Kong and Malaysia). This includes establishing and maintaining connections with key media channels (e.g. South China Morning Post)

  • Enhance the brand value of SuperCharger to attract future partners and startups


Experience and Qualifications

  • Holds a diploma or degree in Marketing Business or related disciplines

  • Must have at least 1-2 years work experience at brand marketing agency, digital marketing or other marketing related business

  • Experience in B2B marketing and public relations

  • Command excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience in writing professional contents

  • Fluency in English; (fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus)

  • Experience in SEO, Google Analytics, Adwords, social media marketing and data management

  • Knowledge of finance and/or FinTech topics is a plus

  • Must be self-motivated and flexible
