Customer Happiness Specialist

We’re looking for someone that can delight our customers, is a natural problem solver and gets excited about being part of a young and growing business.
Responsibilities

Communicate with our users on social media, e-mail and phone. Support users with onboarding and resolve issues.

Conduct due diligence and KYC (know your customer) process for individuals and businesses
-
Set up processes for assembling user feedback and communicate with product team.

Build a strong community of users, online and offline, who love the product and want to share with their friends.

Help write educational content and FAQ sections.
Skills & Requirements
-
Excellent verbal and written command of English. Cantonese & Mandarin preferred.

Experience in customer facing roles, such as in hospitality, retail or customer service.

Preferred: experience in KYC and related operations, must be detail oriented

Outgoing, friendly and resourceful

Work independently
