Customer Happiness Specialist

We’re looking for someone that can delight our customers, is a natural problem solver and gets excited about being part of a young and growing business.

  1. Communicate with our users on social media, e-mail and phone. Support users with onboarding and resolve issues.

  2. Conduct due diligence and KYC (know your customer) process for individuals and businesses

  3. Set up processes for assembling user feedback and communicate with product team.

  4. Build a strong community of users, online and offline, who love the product and want to share with their friends.

  5. Help write educational content and FAQ sections.

Skills & Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written command of English. Cantonese & Mandarin preferred.

  • Experience in customer facing roles, such as in hospitality, retail or customer service.

  • Preferred: experience in KYC and related operations, must be detail oriented

  • Outgoing, friendly and resourceful

  • Work independently

  • Experience working in a startup
