Associate & Academy Lead

Your responsibilities will be:


Academy Lead

  1. Leading the academy initiatives nationwide (Malaysia) and executing business development responsibilities

  2. Liaising and reporting to SuperCharger’s founder on all academy related matters

  3. Researching and prospecting potential academy partners & clients relating to the industry

  4. Consolidating price quotes, preparing & pitching proposals and negotiating contract terms with potential partners & clients under the guide of immediate supervisor

  5. Working collaboratively with academy partners to ensure agreed terms are executed in-line with agreed MOAs. Terms include FinTech research articles, conference and talent immersion

  6. Partnering with marketing department in executing Academy-led marketing initiatives

  7. Maintaining existing partnership and developing new relationship with potential partners & clients


Accelerator Associate

  1. Assisting the Programme Manager with the accelerator programmes - event planning & execution, workshops management, meeting arrangements, business introductions and others

  2. Assisting on start-up development throughout the programme by providing support in research and POC development with programme partners

  3. Becoming the contact person for start-ups during on-boarding period of the programme

  4. Maintaining relationship with the previous start-ups from Kuala Lumpur programme (alumni)

  5. Assisting the General Manager and the Programme Manager on any ad-hoc tasks or office related matters

  7. Capabilities in writing and design skills for deck presentations and contracts drafting

  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and adaptive to new technological software

  9. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
